Abhishek K. Nemani, MD is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of Glaucoma and Cataracts. He joined Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania in October 2016 from the renowned Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where he served as full-time faculty member and the Assistant Residency Program Director.
Dr. Nemani received his Glaucoma fellowship training at the Scheie Eye Institute where he was honored with the “Fellow of the Year” teaching award and where he later practiced. He received his medical degree and completed his residency at the State University of New York, serving as Chief Resident in his final year.
Dr. Nemani is an attending surgeon at Pennsylvania Eye and Ear Surgery Center, Reading Hospital – Tower Health, Physicians Care Surgical Hospital, and Physicians Care Surgery Center.
